About ALASA

ALASA is a Zambian registered Institute whose purpose is to restore national pride in our God given Zambian languages, skills and values. We will adopt a blended type of teaching and learning. Both physical and virtual teaching and learning methods will be available to ensure that children and adults have an un hindered access to learning. In addition, this mixture of approach will enable Zambian children and adults in the diaspora to tap into this opportunity to learn their mother tongue and some indigenous skills. Realizing the struggle that children face in learning in familiar languages of regions, where they find themselves, as stipulated by the Ministry of Education, ALASA will offer remedial learning to assist such children to be more proficient in these languages. Teachers will also be able to sharpen their proficiency in these languages. With this facility in place, families will be more united since they will be able to communicate together in their mother tongue.
